1. Information we process

ReviewAfterPay may process merchant account information, login and security information, subscription and billing identifiers, integration details, customer email addresses supplied or obtained through an authorised merchant workflow, payment-event identifiers, review-request activity, suppression or unsubscribe records, and technical service logs.

2. How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the ReviewAfterPay service, connect supported integrations, process subscription billing, send configured review requests, honour unsubscribe or suppression requests, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

3. Customer review-request information

Customer contact information is used for the merchant's configured ReviewAfterPay workflow. ReviewAfterPay is not designed to determine whether a customer should receive a request based on expected review sentiment.

4. Merchant customer information

For customer information processed through a merchant's configured ReviewAfterPay workflow, the merchant determines which customer information is provided or made available and the purposes for which the workflow is used. ReviewAfterPay processes that information as necessary to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service, including sending configured review requests and honouring unsubscribe and suppression preferences.

5. Service providers

ReviewAfterPay uses third-party providers to operate the service. These may include Square for supported merchant payment integrations, Stripe for ReviewAfterPay subscription billing, Resend for email delivery, and infrastructure or hosting providers.

6. Unsubscribe and suppression

Review-request recipients may use the unsubscribe mechanism provided in ReviewAfterPay emails. Suppression records may be retained so that an unsubscribe preference can continue to be honoured.

7. Data retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet security and operational needs, honour suppression requests, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal or accounting requirements.

8. Security

ReviewAfterPay uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Data sharing

Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate ReviewAfterPay, comply with law, protect the service, or complete an authorised business transaction. ReviewAfterPay does not use customer review-request information to sell advertising.

10. Privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or other handling of their personal information. Requests can be sent to [email protected].

11. Changes

This policy may be updated as ReviewAfterPay, its integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
